This Privacy Policy explains how THE TILE CLUB LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Tile Club Palm Beach ("Tile Club," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit tileclubpalmbeach.com (the "Site"), submit a booking request, or contact us.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a booking request at /book, we collect:

  • The package, date, and time you select
  • Your name and email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Expected number of guests and the occasion
  • Any notes you choose to add

We also collect the information you share when you email, call, or text us, or message us on social media, including your phone number and the content of your messages.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and Google Analytics automatically collect certain technical and usage information. See "Cookies and analytics" below.

Campaign information. If you arrive at the Site from a link that carries campaign tags (for example, UTM parameters showing the ad, email, or social post you clicked), we save those tags and include them with your booking request. This tells us how you found us.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiry and plan, confirm, and deliver your event, lesson, or order
  • To communicate with you by email, phone, or text about your inquiry, appointment, order, or account
  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Site and our services
  • To understand how visitors use the Site and which campaigns bring in inquiries
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the Site and our business (for example, website hosting, analytics, email, and messaging providers), only as needed to provide their services to us
  • Authorities or others when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property
  • A successor business, if Tile Club is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets

Your mobile information is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 ("GA4"), a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how people use the Site. GA4 collects information such as:

  • Pages you view and how long you stay
  • Device, operating system, and browser type
  • Approximate location (such as city or region), derived from your IP address
  • How you found the Site (for example, a search engine, a link, or a campaign)
  • Interactions on the Site, such as moving through the booking request steps, choosing a package, submitting a request, and tapping to call us

GA4 uses first-party cookies (small files set under our Site's domain) to tell visits apart and measure activity over time. Google processes this information on our behalf. We use these reports only in aggregate to improve the Site and our services. We do not use GA4 to collect your name, email, or phone number.

Campaign tags. When you arrive from a link with campaign (UTM) tags, those tags are kept in your browser's session storage, not in a cookie, so they can be included with your booking request. They are cleared when your browser session ends.

Your choices. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work if you do.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals or to Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. To limit analytics, use the opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie controls described above.

No sale of data and no ad tracking. We do not sell your personal information. We do not currently use advertising cookies, ad pixels, remarketing, or Google Analytics advertising features. Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled in our Google Analytics settings. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

SMS Privacy

What we collect. If you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile phone number, the date, time, and method of your opt-in (your consent record), and the content of messages you send us and we send you.

How you opt in. You can opt in by (1) checking the text message consent box on a form on our website, or (2) texting JOIN to 561-675-0211. The consent language reads: "I agree to receive conversational text messages from Tile Club Palm Beach regarding my inquiry, appointment, order, or account. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance. Your mobile number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes."

How we use it. We use your mobile number and messages only to reply to you and send conversational texts about your inquiry, appointment, order, or account, and to keep a record of your consent and opt-out choices.

No sharing for marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in and consent data will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The only exception is service providers, such as our text messaging provider, that help us deliver messages to you. They may use this information only to provide that service. All other categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact us at info@tileclubpalmbeach.com or 561-675-0211.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Google Analytics event data is retained for 2 months (Google's default setting). Aggregated reports, which do not identify you, may be kept longer. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children's privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your information, subject to any legal obligation to keep it
  • Stop sending you text messages (reply STOP) or emails

Governing law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
