These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of tileclubpalmbeach.com (the "Site") and to the services offered by THE TILE CLUB LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Tile Club Palm Beach ("Tile Club," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a booking request, or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Tile Club Palm Beach offers mahjong experiences in the Palm Beach, Florida area, including event hosting, table and tile collections (for pickup or delivery), mahjong lessons, and corporate and brand events. Descriptions on the Site are for general information and may change.
2. Booking requests
- Submitting the form at /book is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it with you in writing (for example, by email).
- Packages are priced on request. Pricing, payment, deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be provided to you before your booking is confirmed and form part of your agreement with us.
- Please give accurate information (including date, time, and guest count). We confirm final details, such as start time, by email.
3. Equipment and collections
If we provide tile sets, racks, mats, or other items for your event or for pickup, please use them with reasonable care and return them as agreed. Any terms about loss of or damage to items will be set out in your booking confirmation.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false information, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site, including text, photos, logos, and design, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
5. SMS Terms

Messages. By checking the text message consent box on our website or texting JOIN to 561-675-0211, you agree to receive conversational text messages from Tile Club Palm Beach regarding your inquiry, appointment, order, or account.
Frequency. Message frequency may vary.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking will not exceed the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
